Return Policy

Dear Valued Customer:
Returning an item does not have to be a frustrating process. We are here to process your return quickly and efficiently so that you get the high level of service we usually provide. In order to do this, we need your help and support. You can help by following this document carefully and doing exactly what is stated herein. If you follow this document carefully you will get the service that you expected from us. So you can avoid denial or delay where possible by reviewing this document carefully.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT!

All Returns will be carefully inspected upon arrival in accordance with our inspection criteria and a decision will be made if eligibility requirements are met for replacement, credit, exchange or repair. Please be aware that returned packages may take up to 7 business days from the time we received your return.

 

Returning a DEFECTIVE ITEM

Exclusive Mobile Services gladly accepts DEFECTIVE ITEMS within 7 days from the date of receipt, but we have sole discretion as to the credit method. If eligibility requirements are met, we may issue a credit, replace, exchange or repair the product and return it to you.

 

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Exclusive Mobile Services gladly offers you a 7 days return policy from the date of receipt. After 7 days, you MUST contact the manufacturer to redeem your warranty, please do not contact Exclusive Mobile Services. 

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS

We do not encourage non-defective returns but we accept it. Any returns that are Non-Defective MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE in Current Price and such returns will be for store credit or refund at our sole discretion within 7 days from the date of receipt. The entire list of returns that may be subject to a re-stocking fee will be found in this document.

 

SOFTWARE

20% RE-STOCKING FEE in Current Price applies to any software that has been opened from the package. The sticker on the package cannot be tampered.

 

DELIVERY COST

Exclusive Mobile Services does not refund delivery or transportation cost.

   

GUARANTEES

Exclusive Mobile Services only guarantees the voice features of your phone. Although it is very easy to setup other network features on your phone, we do not guarantee network dependent features such as MMS, SMS, Picture messaging, internet browsing, voice mail feature etc.

 

ALL ITEMS WILL BE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED AND TESTED BY OUR TECHNICHIANS UPON RECEIPT.

In the event of any discrepancy, Exclusive Mobile Services will photograph the returned merchandise and it will be immediately returned to the customer.

The following criteria will be used to reject returns. In other words, Exclusive Mobile Services will reject the following packages:

  • Items which are improperly packaged.

  • Merchandise returned in non-qualified container.

  • Packages returned with counterfeit labels.

  • Products with standard certification labels removed like IMEI number, DEC ID, HEX ID.

  • Items with Serial number which does not match serial number on invoice. Exclusive Mobile Services maintains serial number track.

  • Physical Damage: Any part of the item is cracked.

  • Physical Damage: Any dents, scratches, or defacement on any part of the product.

  • Physical Damage: Torn or punctured component of the item.

  • Physical Damage: Loose, damaged or removed screws from the product.

  • Any Product(s) which are flashed by any software.

Review this Checklist Before Calling for Return Authorization

STEP 1: CHECK YOUR RETURN

ALL returned merchandise must be complete and be packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All packing contents including user’s manuals, software, digital media, warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, as provided by the manufacturer. A restocking fee may apply or the returns may not be processed at all in the event any item or items included in the original shipment to you is missing in the returned package. Any returns that are improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged will automatically be refused by Exclusive Mobile Services. In such cases, we photograph the improper packaging or the physically damaged items and return it to you.

 

STEP 2: CALL FOR A RETURN MERCHANT AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER:

Our Warehouse will refuse any returned items which do not come with an RMA number. RMA numbers expire after 7 days of its issue.

 

STEP 3: SHIP AND INSURE YOUR RETURN

This applies especially to our overseas customers. Exclusive Mobile Services recommends that you FULLY insure the merchandise you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in case the package gets lost in transit. We highly recommend you to use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with “proof of Delivery.” Exclusive Mobile Services is not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you the customer and is non-refundable. At our sole discretion Exclusive Mobile Services may reimburse shipping fees related to the EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE products.  

 

ITEMS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO 20% RE-STOCKING FEE in Current Price:

  1. Customer simply does not like the item. 20% RE-STOCKING FEE in Current Price applies since we cannot resell this item brand new.

  2. If accessories are missing. 20% RE-STOCKING FEE in Current Price applies since we need to return the item to our manufacturer in complete package (otherwise they do not accept it).

  3. If any software has been opened. 20% restocking applies since our manufacturer does not accept any incomplete package.

  4. We do not provide you with service. Therefore, you're solely responsible to know whether the phone will work in your area. Please do understand our products are not for you to test whether you have service or not; so please make sure the phone works in your area before purchasing. 20% RE-STOCKING FEE in Current Price applies regardless of compatibility with your service provider.

  5. Although it is very easy to setup other network features on your phone, Exclusive Mobile Services does not guarantee network dependent features such as MMS, SMS, Picture messaging, Blackberry Messaging, internet browsing, voice mail feature etc. 20% RE-STOCKING FEE in Current Price applies when your network dependent features work or do not work.  

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
When the Returned Items don’t qualify

When Returned items do not meet the requirements described here in this document, Exclusive Mobile Services will photograph the returned merchandise and prepare a detail list of our determination to deny the package. Then the item will be returned to you. We are not here to frustrate you. Give us a call to discuss alternative resolutions for difficulties with products not satisfying eligibility requirements.
