If an item is posted at an incorrect price or with incorrect description due to typographical error, ExclusiveMobileServices.com reserves the right to refuse or decline any orders purchased for item listed at the incorrect price. In the event your credit card has already been charged for the cancelled order, ExclusiveMobileServices.com will issue an immediate credit to your account in the amount of charge. Any defective items will get full Refund. If the item is defective or you do not like the product you have SEVEN days to return from the day of the item receipt (No Exceptions). After Seven days, you MUST contact the manufacturer to redeem your warranty, please do not contact ExclusiveMobileServices.com. If for some reason, you do not like the item or you changed your mind and you want to return the product there will be 20% restocking fee. We do not provide you with service. Therefore, you're solely responsible to know whether the phone will work in your area. Please do understand our products are not for you to test whether you have service or not; so please make sure the phone works in your area before purchasing. The 20% restocking fee applies regardless of compatibility with your service provider. If the phone is damaged, used or has scratches on it, there will be No refund. Although it is very easy to setup other network features on your phone, ExclusiveMobileServices.com do not guarantee network dependent features such as MMS, SMS, Picture messaging, internet browsing, voice mail feature etc. When returning, be sure the item is in mint condition, factory sealed, UNUSED, and has no scratches. Just return the way you got it and you're fine. When returning, please be sure to include instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you. Any returned software that has been opened will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Refund process may take up to two weeks. You will not be refunded delivery and transportation costs. ExclusiveMobileServices.com will not be responsible for any item lost in the mail. ExclusiveMobileServices.com must test all returned products before we can issue a refund or exchange any products. This is necessary so that we can file claims on defective or damaged goods with our manufacturer or the shipping company to get proper credit. If an item is shipped out before a desired cancellation, the corresponding shipping charge will be deducted. If the item is not shipped out before cancellation, there will be a cancellation fee that can be between $80 and $100.
